| 摘 要： | 老年腑气不畅主要表现为便秘或排便不畅、润输汤为清,陈士铎所创,以益气升阳,健脾温肠,化淤润肠等药组成,较多地解决了正虚邪实之矛盾,临床其效斐然,为探讨其机理进行了动物实验研究通过动物实验表明润输汤具有明显润肠道,改善因腑气不畅所致全血粘度增高,以及提高老龄大鼠免疫功能的作用。

| Abstract: | Old rats were used . Let the manifestation of stagnation of Fuorgan Qi in old rats show completely. RST were used Wer-ght food quantity and stool quantity were observed, SOD vegor of red cell, level of seru in Frand E2, whole blood vesposity and limphocyte transformation rats were measured seraeately.
