体温筛选寒热体鼠自然模型的可靠性及对子代的影响

摘    要:目的:观察体温筛选寒热体鼠自然模型的可靠性及对子代的影响.方法:通过测定大鼠肛温将其分为"寒体""热体"组,测定血糖、尿儿茶酚胺含量,雌雄鼠交配,检测子代肛温、血糖、尿儿茶酚胺、胰岛素及丙二醛含量.结果:热体鼠血糖、尿儿茶酚胺含量均高于寒体鼠,热体组子代肛温、尿儿茶酚胺、血糖及丙二醛含量均高于寒体组.结论:体温筛选寒热体鼠自然模型可靠,寒热体鼠体温、血糖呈遗传态势,热体鼠氧化过激反应显著.

Abstract:Objectve:To test the reliability of screening cold or hot constitution model in rat by body temperature and the transfer to the offspring.Method:After the rats were divided into two groups of cold or hot constitution by measuring anus temperature,blood glucose and urine catecholamines concentration of female rats were analysed.Each animal mated with the corresponding male.After birth,the levels of anus temperature,urine catecholamines,insulin and malondialdehyde in pups were measured.Results:The blood glucose level and urine catecholamines concentration were higher in the F0 hot constitution than the cold.Anus temperature,blood glucose,urine catecholamines concentration and malondialdehyde increased in hot constitution F1 rats.Conclusion:The cold or hot constitution model in rat classified by body temperature is stable,body temperature and blood glucose had the tendency of heredity,hot constitution in F1 rat exhibited higher oxidative stress.
