解脲脲原体感染和抗精子抗体与男性不育的相关性研究

目的:探讨解脲脲原体感染和抗精子抗体与男性不育的相关性,以供临床参考。方法:选取85例男性不育患者作为实验组,同期82例健康男性作为对照组,两组患者均进行解脲脲原体感染和抗精子抗体测定,以分析解脲脲原体感染和抗精子抗体与男性不育的相关性。结果:实验组患者的解脲脲原体阳性率明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。实验组抗精子抗体阳性率明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:男性与解脲脲原体感染和抗精子抗体阳性具有一定相关性,医生可根据该种情况给予患者针对性的治疗。

Study on the Correlation of Male infertility with Ureaplasma Urealyticum Infection and Anti-sperm Antibody

Objective:this study is making a discussion on the correlation of male infertility with ureaplasma urealyticum infection and anti-sperm antibody.Method:85 cases with male infertility in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January 2009 to October 2011 were selected as the experimental group and also 82 male cases that had a physical examination and healthy conditions were selected as the control group;a test is conducted on the ureaplasma urealyticum infection and anti-sperm antibody for both groups to analyze the correlation of male infertility with the ureaplasma urealyticum infection and the anti-sperm antibody.Result:the ureaplasma urealyticum positive rate of the cases in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the cases in the control group(P<0.05),and this difference is of statistics significance;the antisperm antibody positive rate of the cases in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the cases in the control group as well(P<0.05).Conclusion:The male infertility has a certain correlation with the positive rates of both ureaplasma urealyticum infection and anti-sperm antibody,and therefore doctors can give patients the targeted treatments according to this condition.
