摘    要:用比色法测定大鼠尿和组织的羟脯氨酸含量。发现羟脯氨酸在24小时尿中排泄量,肾血管狭窄型高血压大鼠明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05);自发性高血压大鼠与正常组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。心肌羟脯氨酸含量,肾血管型比正常对照组高(P<0.05);自发性高血压大鼠低于正常对照组(P<0.05),主动脉中羟脯氨酸的含量,肾血管性高血压组和正常组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);自发性高血压组比正常组明显低(P<0.01),肾血管性高血压大鼠中,狭窄肾动脉中羟脯氨酸含量高于对侧(P<0.05)。

Abstract:Using a colorimetric methed, the study was carried out to determine the contents of hydroxyproline in urine and tissues of normal and hypertensive rats. The increase in hydraxyproline contents was observed in 2KIC hypertensive rats' 24h urinary sample (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in urinary hydroxyproline between spontaneous hypertensive rats(SHR) and normotensive rats. In SHR, hydroxyproline contents in cardiac muscle and aorta were lower than those in normotensive rats (P<0.01 and 0.001 respectively). In 2KIC rats, no significant changes of hydroxyproline were observed. It was also found that in 2KIC rats, the contents of hydroxyproline in clipped renal artery were higer than those in the opposite artery.
