高脂膳食大鼠内脏肥胖与胰岛素抵抗的关系

摘    要:目的 探讨环境因素引起的内脏性肥胖与胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法 应用 5 9%高脂膳食喂养大鼠制作胰岛素抵抗的动物模型 ,观察内脏肥胖对大鼠胰岛素敏感性及TNF的FFA影响。结果 经 5 9%高脂饮食喂养 8周后 ,模型组较正常对照组大鼠空腹血糖及胰岛素均明显增高 ,血脂、血清TNF和FFA亦明显增高。结论 高脂膳食可诱导内脏肥胖并导致胰岛素抵抗与TNF和FFA水平有关

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between environment factors induced visceral obesity and insulin resistance. Methods After developed insulin resistance rats model by high fat diet (59% calories from fat ), the visceral obesity and its influence on insulin sensitivity ,tumor necrosis factor and free fatty acid level in serum were observed. Results After feeding high fat diet for 8 weeks, the fasting glucose, insulin, triglyceride, tumor necrosis factor and free fatty acid levels in serum of model group were significantly increased compared with control group. Conclusion High fat diet can induce visceral obesity and insulin resistance and relate to tumor necrosis factor and free fatty acid levels in serum.
