护理本科生性别角色类型与职业认同感的关系研究

摘    要:以136名护理本科生为研究对象,考察了不同性别及性别角色取向的学生的职业认同感。结果表明,不同性别角色类型的学生在职业认同感上存在显著差异。双性化角色类型的护理学生职业认同感最高,然后依次为女性化类型、男性化类型和未分化类型。

Abstract:This study explored the professional identity of different genders and sex stereotype groups.The participants were 162 undergraduates majoring in nursing.The results indicated that there were significant differences in professional identity among different sex stereotype groups.The androgyny group scored the highest in professional identity,followed by the feminine group and masculine group,and the undifferentiated group had the lowest scores.
