survivin在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其与血管内皮生长因子的相关性研究

 目的 探讨survivin在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）组织中的表达及其与血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）的相关性。方法 应用SP免疫组织化学技术对35例化疗组和35例非化疗组的NSCLC中survivin、VEGF的表达水平进行检测，比较二者的相关性，并对不同表达与生存率的关系进行分析。结果 survivin和VEGF在NSCLC中的阳性表达率分别为74.3 %和70.0 %；二者呈正相关（r = 0.527，P = 0.032）；化疗组中survivin、VEGF表达阴性者生存时间最长。结论 survivin与VEGF在NSCLC组织中的表达呈正相关；二者联合检测对患者化疗疗效、预后的判断具有重要的意义。

Expression of survivin and VEGF and its relationship with non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To evaluate the expression and its relationship between survivin and VEGF in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods We had used the method of S-P immunohistochemical techniques to test the expression level of survivin and VEGF about 35 tissue specimen who have the chemotherapy history and 35 tissues who have non-chemotherapy history of NSCLC cases, comparing the cor－relationship between the expression of survivin and VEGF, analysing the relation with the survival rate. Re－sults The positive expression rate of survivin and VEGF was 74.3 % and 70.0 %. Survivin and VEGF have positive correlation in the expression of lung cancer tissues (P = 0.032, r =0.527), and the survival time of NSCLC person who was accepted chemotherapy in the negative expression of survivin and VEGF was the longest. Conclusion Survivin and VEGF had positive correlation in the expression of NSCLC, the combine detection of survivin and VEGF had played an important part in the chemotherapy and prognosis of non-small-cell lung cancer.
