心理护理干预对急性心肌梗死患者心理状态及治疗效果的影响

目的:探讨急性心肌梗死患者接受心理护理干预后心理状态变化以及治疗效果的改善。方法:选取2010年4月~2013年5月收治的82例急性心肌梗死患者,将其分为两组,每组各41例。对照组患者接受一般护理,试验组患者则在对照组基础上接受系统化心理护理干预,对比分析护理前后两组患者抑郁焦虑情绪。结果:心理护理前两组患者抑郁焦虑情绪差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);心理护理方案实施后试验组患者抑郁焦虑情绪明显轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过针对性的心理护理干预有利于缓解急性心肌梗死患者的不良情绪,从而能够保持并提高疗效。

Psychological nursing intervention on mental state of patients with acute myocardial infarction and treatment effect

Objective To explore the acute myocardial infarction patients receiving psychological care intervention mental status changes and improvements in treatment. Method 82 eases acute myocardial infarction patients from April 2010 to May 2013 were divided into control and experimental groups ,there were 41 cases in each group. The control group of patients received usual care ,the patients in the experimental group were based on the accepted system psychological care intervention,compared two groups of patients before and after treatment of depression and anxiety for statistical analysis. Results Before psychological care program, the two groups of patients with depression and anxiety was no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; after psychological care program, the experimental group of patients with depression and anxiety was significantly lighter than the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The psychological care through targeted interventions will help alleviate acute myocardial infarction patients with negative emotions,and thus be able to maintain and improve the outcome.
