多囊卵巢综合征孕妇并发妊娠期糖代谢异常的相关因素探讨

目的:分析多囊卵巢综合征孕妇妊娠期糖代谢异常的发病情况以及与发病相关的因素。方法:回顾性分析300例孕妇的病历资料,其中多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)组140人,正常孕妇160人。结果:PCOS组妊娠期糖代谢异常发生率为60.71%(85/140),其中妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)45例,妊娠期糖耐量受损(GIGT)40例;对照组孕期发生妊娠期糖代谢异常发生率为18.75%(30/160),其中妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)13例,妊娠期糖耐量受损(GIGT)17例。两组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:多囊卵巢综合征患者由于存在胰岛素抵抗(IR),易导致糖代谢异常而引发妊娠期糖代谢异常,且肥胖加剧胰岛素抵抗的程度,因此对此类患者应加强预防性监控。

Associated factors of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)and gestational impaired glucose tolerance in pregnant women、with polycystic ovarian syndrome

Objective:To investigate the incidence and associated factors of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and gestational impaired glucose tolerance (GIGT) in pregnant women with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 300 pregnant women from 2001 to 2007 in this hospital. All these women were divided into 2 groups: normal pregnant women without PCOS (total 160) and pregnant women with PCOS ( total 140), to investigate the incidence and associated factors of GDM and GIGT.Results:Control group had GDM or GIGT, the incidence was 18.75%; and 85 cases of the trial group had GDM (45) or GIGT (40), the incidence was 60.71%, the morbidity was significantly higher than that of control group. There were significant differences between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:As insulin resistance (IR) in patients with PCOS, which easily leads to abnormal glucose metabolism, and obesity increases the degree of IR, so the the preventive monitoring on corresponding patients should be strengthened.
