健康教育路径在痔疮手术患者中的应用

目的：观察健康教育路径在痔疮手术患者中的应用效果。方法：将93例患者随机分为实验组与对照组，其中对照组47例，实验组46例。对照组按传统健康教育方式宣教，实验组应用健康教育路径对患者进行健康教育，并分别在患者术后第2天、出院前1—2天采用自制设计的调查表进行调查，评估其对痔疮健康教育知识掌握程度及对护理服务的满意度。结果：实验组患者在术后第2天疼痛、相关知识掌握以及对护理工作满意度方面优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：应用健康教育路径对痔疮手术患者实施健康教育，可规范护士健康教育行为，提高健康教育的效果，改善患者健康状况，密切护患关系，提高了护理服务满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Health education path in plies on the application of the patients

Objective： to observe the applicational effect of health education pathway in the hemorrhoid operation. Method ： to separate the 93 patients into experimental group and control group. Among the total, control group had 47 patients, experimental group had 46 patients. Traditional health education was utilized in the control group and health education pathway was applied in the experimental group. Self - made questionnaires were applied at the 2nd day after operation and 1 or 2 day prior to discharge, evaluated the comprehension of the hemorrhoid health education knowledge and the content grade of nursing service. Result： The patients in the experimental group gained an advantage in the pain at the 2nd day after operation, comprehension of the correlated knowledge, had better content grade of nursing service （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Application of health education pathway to the patients suffering hemorrhoid operation can standard the behavior of the nursing health education, enhanced the effect of the health education, improved the health status of the patients, intimated the relationship of the nurse and patient, increased the content grade of nursing service and it is worth to generalized.
