健康教育提高门诊和住院高血压患者治疗依从性和效果的比较

目的 探讨健康教育提高门诊和住院高血压患者治疗依从性和治疗效果的差别.方法 采用面谈、发放高血压病常识手册和电话随访等措施,对78例高血压住院患者和104例高血压门诊患者进行健康教育,比较两组患者的治疗依从性和降压治疗效果.结果 健康教育能提高患者治疗的依从性,住院患者的治疗依从性和治疗效果明显好于门诊患者,两组比较有统计学差异(P＜0.05).结论 住院治疗的健康教育能够进一步提高高血压患者的治疗依从性,有效控制高血压病的发展.

Effect of Health Education on Patients' Compliance and Treatment Outcome: a Comparison between Outpatients and Inpatients with Hypertension

Objective To compare the effects of health education on treatment compliance and treatment outcome between outpatients and inpatients with hypertension.Methods A total of 104 outpatients and 78 inpatients with hypertension were given health education through face-to-face talk,delivering hypertension brochures and telephone follow-up.Then the treatment compliance and treatment outcome of patients in 2 groups were compared.Results Health education improved the treatment compliance of patients with hypertension.The improvements of treatment compliance and outcome in inpatients were significantly better than those in outpatients(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education of inpatients can further enhance their treatment compliance and can help to control the progress of hypertension.
