305例剖宫产围手术期抗感染用药分析

目的了解剖宫产围手术期应用抗菌药物情况,旨在为临床合理用药提供依据。方法随机调阅305份剖宫产病历,利用计算机对剖宫产围手术期用药情况、用药种类及频度、用药天数、联合用药等资料进行统计、分析、处理。结果305例剖宫产病例全部应用了抗菌药物,抗菌药物应用率100.00%;应用品种有头孢曲松、青霉素、林可霉素、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、甲硝唑、庆大霉素等,其中294例应用1种药物,占剖宫产围手术期病例的96.39%。结论医院剖宫产围手术期抗菌药物应用绝大多数合理,剖宫产围手术期用药应以预防为主,预防性应用抗菌药物可以有效的抑制、杀灭细菌,预防内源性或外源性感染,降低剖宫产后感染率。

Perioperative Use of Antibacterials:Survey of 305 Cases with Cesarean Section
