不同清洗方法对供应室器械的清洗效果观察

目的 探讨供应室复用医疗器械的清洗方法，评估效果，以选择最佳方法。方法选择供应室中等污染程度的金属器械500件，分为两组。对照组250件采用常规含氯消毒液浸泡人工清洗法，观察组250件采用含氯消毒液浸泡再用多酶清洗剂浸泡人工清洗法。抽样调查两组器械清洗后器械的洁净度及残留血污染情况。结果使用多酶清洗消毒液浸泡的清洗方法其效果明显优于不加多酶清洗剂浸泡的清洗方法。结论加多酶清洗剂的清洗方法是供应室较理想的清洗方法。

Effect observation of different cleaning methods on supplying- room apparatus

Objective To investigate and assess the cleaning methods of re- using medical apparatus as well as choise the best one. Methods Five hundred metal appliances with moderate contamination were slected from supplying room and then divided into two groups. Two hundred and fifty pieces of control group were soaked by routint chlorine - containing sterilizating liquid , whereas in observation group, chlorine - containing sterilizating liquid adding multi - enzyme cleaning agent was applied with. Results Cleaning degree and residual blood contamination of both groups were tested by sampling survey, sbowing that the cleaning method of adding multi- enzyme cleaning agent is more prior to that with no multi - enzyme cleaning agent adding. Conclusion Cleaning method of adding multi - enzyme cleaning agent is more preferal method for supplying room.
