患者对浙江省民营医院的医疗服务满意度评价

为了了解患者对浙江省民营医院的医疗服务满意度，对浙江省温州市全部的19家民营医院作了普查，结果显示：医疗服务质量信誉和良好的服务态度查民营医院的相对优势，本研究采用的“医疗服务质量评价指标体系”科学实用，具可操作性，在此基础上，提出了政策性建议：在民营医院内试行“病人选医生”的改革，改进“医疗服务质量评价指标体系”，采用4大项共20个问题。

Patients' Evaluation of Medical Services Contentment Degree on the Hospitals Owned by the Public Operated by the Civil in Zheiiang Province

To know patients evaluation of medical services contentment degree on the hospitals owned by the public operated by the civil in Zhejiang province, we investigate all 19 hospitals owned by the public operated by the civil in Wenzhou area of Zhejiang province. The results of this study show that the credit standing of medical services quality and favorable service attitudes are relative predominance of the hospitals owned by the public operated by the civil. In addition, the results show that the indexes systems of medical services quality evaluation in this study are scientific, applied and have maneuverability. Based on these findings, policy auggestions and recommendations are discussed. That is as followings; trying out the reforming of Patients Selection Doctor in the hospitals owned by the public operated by the civil; improving on the indexes systems of medical services quality evaluation and adopting 4 items and 20 questions.
