前列腺术后肺动脉血栓栓塞

１９８０年１月到１９９３年３月采用耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术（ＴＶＰ）、经尿道前列腺电切（ＴＵＲＰ）和膀胱造瘘加双侧睾丸切除术三种方式治疗１１２８例前列腺增生或前列腺癌患者，术后５～１３天（平均６．４天）发生肺栓塞５例，占０．４％，存活２例，死亡３例。对其发生率、危险因素、栓子起源、临床表现、诊断、治疗及预防进行讨论，并提出临床诊断标准及预防治疗措施。

Prostatectomy complicated by pulmonary thromboembolism

Pulmonary thromboembolism is a rare complication of prostatectomy but with a high mortality.It is usually misdiagnosed as myocardial infarction,acute congestive heart failure,arrhythmia,pneumothoraxor severe atelectasis.1128 cases of prostatic hyperplasia have been treated by suprapubic and transurethral prostatectomy and by suprapubic cystostomy with bilateral orchiectomy bettween January 1980 and March 1993.5 patients (4%) suffered from pulmonary thromboembolism in 5th to 13th day the postoperative(6.4 days).2 of them survived and 3 died. The morbidity,risk factors,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and prophylaxis were discussed. Clinical diagnostic criteria and principles of treatment were suggested.
