| 摘 要： | １９９０年１０月～１９９４年１月收治肾上腺偶发瘤１６例，术前Ｂ超、ＣＴ及ＭＲ确诊为肾上腺囊肿４例，肾上腺骨髓脂肪瘤２例。术前诊断不明确者１０例中，肿瘤直径＜３．０ｃｍ４例为肾上腺皮质腺瘤；肿瘤直径３～６ｃｍ３例，为肾上腺髓质肿瘤；肿瘤直径＞６ｃｍ３例，２例为肾上腺皮质癌，１例为肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤。肾上腺偶发瘤除直径＜３ｃｍ的肾上腺囊肿和骨髓脂肪瘤外均应手术治疗。

| Abstract: | cases of incidental adrenal tumor were admitted and treated from Oct.1990 to Jun, 1994.4 cases of adrenal cysts and 2 cases of adrenal myelolipomas were ascertained by B-ultrasound,CT and MRI before operation.The diagnoses of other 10 cases were not clear before operation.4 cases with tumor diameters less than 3 cm were adenocortical adenomas;3 cases with tumor dia meters range from 3cm to 6cm were adenomedullary tumors;Among 3 cases with tumor diameters larger than 6cm,2 were adenocortical cancer and 1 pheochromocytoma of adrenal gland.Surgical intervention was required for incidental adrenal tumors except adrenal cysts and myelolipomas with diameter less than 3cm. |
