表皮生长因子受体在前列腺良,恶性病变组织中的表达

用抗表皮生长因子受体（ＥＧＦ－Ｒ）的单抗和免疫组化ＡＢＣ法，对前列腺炎、前列腺增生症、非典型增生及前列腺癌进行标记。发现前列腺炎全部为阴性，前列腺增生症仅１例为弱阳性，非典型增生则有较高的表达率，ＥＧＦ－Ｒ表达与前列腺癌低分化和高浸润相关。研究结果提示，ＥＧＦ－Ｒ的表达与前列腺癌发生有一定关系，并可作为判断前列腺癌生物学行为的一个有用指标。

Expreesion of EGF-R in benign and malignant prostatic lesions

The expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGR-R) in prostatitis, hyperplasia of prostate, dysplasia and prostatic cancer was studied with the monoclonal antibody to EGF-R using immunohistochemical ABC method. Prostatitis was negative for EGF-R, but a relatively high positive rate was found in dysplasia and prostatic carcinoma. The expression of EGF-R was related to poor differentiation and strong infiltration of prostatic cancer. The result suggests that EGF-R might play a role in the carcinogenesis of prostatic cancer and might serve as a useful marker for the assessmet of the biological behavior of prostatic carcinoma.
