摘    要:目的:研究柴胡和赤芍配伍后的成分变化。方法:用HPLC法对单药煎液和两药共煎液的各峰进行检测和分析。结果:柴胡和赤芍配伍合煎后有六个化学成分的含量发生变化,并有一个新峰产生。结论:中药配伍并非是单味药的简单加和。

Abstract:AIM:To explore the chemical changes in compatibility of Radix Bupleuri with Radix Paeoniae Rubra.METHOD:HPLC was used to determine and to analyse the peak change of single and co-decoction.RESULT:Six peaks changed in content and one novel peak appeared after compatibility.CONCLUSION: Compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine doesn't mean adding single herb simply.
