长白山蜜源植物花粉形态

摘    要:目的 :长白山是我国东北高山植物代表区 ,蜜源植物资源极为丰富 ,为更好的开发利用长白山蜜源植物和峰产品。方法 :利用光学显微镜和电子显微镜对蜜源植物花粉形态进行了观察和研究。结果 :其花粉多为扁球形、近球形、三角形、四角形等 ;萌发孔为三孔沟、三沟、散沟等 ;外壁纹饰多为网状纹饰、条状纹饰、刺状纹饰。结论 :为长白山蜜源植物资源开发和蜂产品的检验提供了鉴别花粉的依据。

Abstract:Objective: To develop and utilize the bee plants and bee products in Changbai Mountain area,the representative area of alpine plants in northeast China featuring abundant resources of bee plants. Method:The pollen of bee plants was observed and studied by LM and SEM. Result:The pollen is morphologically oblate, suboblate, spheroidal and prolate. The external sculpture is commonly reticulate, striate and echinulate.Conclusion:Plant pollen identification criteria have been furnished for the development of bee plant resources as well as the inspection of bee products in Changbai Mountain area.
