南京市2006年传染病网络直报质量评价

目的]了解南京市2006年网络直报质量现状以及主要存在问题,为进一步提高网络直报工作质量提供科学依据.方法]查阅"国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统"数据.结果]2006年南京市平均报告不及时率为4.13%,平均审核不及时率为0.45%,重卡率0.01%,县区零缺报为0.下半年传染病网络直报质量明显比上半年进步.结论]2006年南京市网络直报质量总体情况较好,医疗机构报告及时性、郊县(区)疾控中心审核及时性须进一步加强.

QUALITY EVALUATION OF DIRECT NETWORK REPORTING SYSTEM FOR INFECTIOUS DISEASES OF NANJING IN 2006

Objective The investigate the current quality status and main problems of direct network reporting system of Nanjing in 2006,to provide scientific basis for improving the quality of direct network reporting system for infectious diseases.MethodsData was consulted from the Disease Surveillance Information Report and Management System.ResultsThe average rates of infectious diseases of Nanjing with timely report failure,timely checking failure,repeated report and no report in 2006 were 4.13%,0.45%,0.01% and 0.00%,respectively.The quality of direct network reporting system in the second half of 2006 significantly improved than that in the first half of 2006.ConclusionIn general,the quality of direct network reporting system for infectious diseases of Nanjing in 2006 shows to be good,effort should be taken to strengthen the timely report of medical institutions and timely checking of county and district CDC.
