2型糖尿病脑梗死与颈动脉内膜中层厚度的关系

目的探讨2型糖尿病脑梗死与颈动脉内膜中层厚度之间的关系。方法选择2型糖尿病脑梗死组95例,单纯2型糖尿病对照组97例。入选对象均B超检测颈动脉IMT,头颅CT或MRI检查。结果糖尿病脑梗死组IMT明显高于对照组(P<0.05);脑梗死组与SBP、DBP、HbAlc、IMT呈正相关(P<0.05)。Logistic回归显示IMT是脑梗死的主要危险因素(P<0.01);IMT增厚组(54.0%)脑梗死其发病率明显高于对照组(40.9%)(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者颈动脉IMT厚度与脑梗死的发生有密切关系,动脉粥样硬化可能是脑梗死的一个重要危险因素。

Relationship of type 2 diabetes cerebral infarction and carotid intima-media thickness

Objective To study type 2 diabetes patients with cerebral infarction and carotid intima-media thickness relationship.Methods Type 2 diabetes,cerebral infarction,95 cases,a simple control group of 97 type 2 diabetic patients.On the B-selected objects were detected carotid intima-media thickness,cranial CT or MRI.Results T2DM infarction group IMT was significantly higher(P<0.05).Lobistic regression analysis showed that IMT was a major risk factor for cerebral infarction(P<0.01).T2DM infarction and SBP(systolic blood pressure),DBP(diastolic blood pressure),HbAlc(glycosylated hemoglobin),IMT was positively correlated(P<0.05).IMT thickening of the group(54.0%)was significantly higher incidence rate of cerebral infarction (40.9%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Type 2 diabetes patients with carotid artery IMT thickness and the occurrence of cerebral infarction are closely related,atherosclerotic cerebral infarction T2DM may be an important risk factor.
