| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨地区不孕不育症的发展趋势,以及不孕抗体在临床不孕不育检测中的重要性及意义。方法:采用胶体金法检测不孕不育患者血清抗体。结果:2008～2011年间接受不孕抗体检查人群年龄整体偏轻化,且有逐年增长的趋势;女性患者抗精子抗体阳性率检出率与男性患者存在极显著差异(P<0.01);女性不孕抗体检测中,抗精子抗体阳性率与抗卵巢抗体、抗子宫内膜抗体、抗HCG抗体存在极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:不孕抗体检测及分析,对不孕不育症临床检测及治疗有指导性的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective：To probe into the trend of regional infertility, and the clinical importance and significance of infertility antibody detection. Methods： Assay infertility serum antibodies by colloidal gold. Results ： Age of the infertility antibodies tested people in 2008-2011 seems overall bias younger , and the trend is increasing year by year. There is a significant differences （P〈0.01） on positive rates of anti-sperm antibody between women and men, and the positive rate of anti-sperm antibody also has a significant differences （P〈0.01） to anti-ovarian anti- bodies, anti-endometrial antibodies and anti-HCG antibody. Conclusion： The detection and analysis of Infertility antibody have guiding sig- nificance for infertility clinical detection and treatment. |
