摘    要:目的:考察解郁口服液对抑郁模型大鼠行为学及脑内单胺类神经递质、胆碱酯酶的影响。方法:将90只大鼠分为空白对照组、模型组、西药对照组、中药高、中、低剂量组。除空白组外,其余均按Porsolt方法强迫大鼠游泳建立抑郁动物模型。中药组以解郁口服液药液,西药组以阿米替林水溶液,灌胃15天,取大鼠脑组织分,测量单胺类神经递质和胆碱酯酶的变化。结果:解郁口服液高、中剂量组改善抑郁模型大鼠的行为学,提高大脑边缘系统单胺类神经递质多巴胺(P<0.01)和去甲肾上腺素(P<0.05)的含量,降低胆碱酯酶(P<0.05)的活力。结论:解郁口服液可以明显改善大鼠的抑郁行为。

Abstract:Objective: This experiment aims to explore the effect of Anti-depression oral liquids on the depression-model mouse behavior and its monoaminergic neurotraneous and eholinesterase in its brain. Methods: Divide 90 mice into 6 teams, the normal, the depression model, the comparative team fed with western medicine and 3 other teams fed respectively with anti-depression oral liquids of high and medium and low dosage. Then set up a typical depression model of animal by means of "Porsolt", forcing the mice to swim. All teams are fed with respective medicine by one time each day and 15days in all Watch the mice behavior and detect the variation of the monoaminergic neurotransmitter and cholinesterase in their limbic system with fluorescence. Result: The experiments show anti-depression oral liquid of high and medium dosage can improve the depression mice behavior and raise the content of monoaminergic neurotraneous dopamine (P〈0.01) and noradrenalin (P〈0.05), as well as decrease the eholinesterases activeness. Conclusion: Anti-depression oral liquid can obviously improve the depression mice behavior.
