| 摘 要： | 目的:测定山药中5种有害元素含量,探索硫熏对山药中5种元素的含量是否有影响。方法:根据《中国药典》2010年版(一部)附录重金属检查法中有关铅、镉、砷、汞、铜的含量测定法进行试验。结果:自制山药5种有害元素均符合规定,市售怀山药与山东、广西硫熏山药的镉与砷的含量均不符合规定,铅的含量也明显高于自制山药。结论:硫熏可使山药中镉、砷、铅含量升高。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To detect the 5 harmful elements content from Dioscorea opposita and to confer the effect of the 5 harmful elements content by the sulful fumigated method.METHODS： The content of Pb,Cd,As,Hg,Cu was conducted in accordance with the Appendix on determination of heavy metal contents in Chinese Pharmacopoeia（Volume Ⅰof 2010 edition）.RESULTS ： The 5 harmful elements content in Homemade Dioscorea opposita was conform to regulations.but the content of Cd,As in Huai Dioscorea opposita,Shan＇dong and Guang＇xi Dioscorea opposita wasn＇t conform to regulations;the content of Pb was significantly higher than Homemade Dioscorea opposita.CONCLUSION： Sulfur fumigation can elevate the content of Cd,As,Pb in Dioscorea opposita. |
