| 摘 要： | 目的探讨环孢素胶囊联合司坦唑醇片治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的疗效。方法 30例慢性再生障碍性贫血患者,分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予司坦唑醇片治疗;观察组采用环孢素胶囊联合司坦唑醇片治疗。结果观察组总有效率为86.67%,高于对照组的63.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论环孢素胶囊联合司坦唑醇片治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血患者疗效可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of stanozolol tablets joint ciclosporine capsules in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia.Methods 60 cases of chronic aplastic anemia were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group received stanozolol tablets;the observation group received stanozolol tablets joint ciclosporine capsules.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%,higher than the control group,which was 63.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The curative effects of stanozolol tablets joint ciclosporine capsules in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia were reliable. |
