丹参川芎嗪联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效分析

目的探讨丹参川芎嗪联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法将76例患者随机分为两组,分别采用丹参川芎嗪联合甲钴胺和单纯甲钴胺进行治疗,对两组治疗效果和神经传导速度进行比较。结果观察组总有效率为89.5%,对照组的总有效率为65.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后神经传导速度显著优于治疗前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪联合甲钻胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有显著的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical analysis of salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine joint mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To explore the effects of salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine joint mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 76 cases were randomly divided into two groups,adopt salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine joint mecobalamin and mecobalamin alone respectively.Compared the clinical effect and nerve conduction velocity of two methods.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 89.5%,while the control group was 65.8%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);nerve conduction velocity of observation group after treatment were significantly faster than before treatment and the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine joint mecobalamin had significant effect of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,which need clinical application.
