| 摘 要： | 目的观察糖尿病酮症酸中毒病情,探讨护理要点。方法将笔者所在医院2010年1月～2011年6月收治的28例酮症酸中毒患者纳入观察对象。观察患者脱水、血糖、电解质的病情表现,针对性地加强胰岛素、补液护理及健康宣讲。结果 26例患者病情好转,血糖控制、尿糖、尿酮消失出院,1例并发糖尿病视网膜病变转科治疗,1例合并脑梗死死亡。结论糖尿病酮症酸中毒病情危重,护理人员严密观察病情,及时处理,可以提高临床治愈率。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the state of diabetic ketoacidosis and discuss the key point of nursing.Methods 28 patients were brought into our study.we observed the dehydration,blood glucose and electrolyte.Strengthen nursing in insulin,physiological saline and glucose intravenous drip,especially in health education.Results 26 patients were better,1 patient went to ophthalmology for diabetic retinopathy,1 patients dead for cerebral infarction.Conclusion Carefully observation and proper nursing in diabetic ketoacidosis were important,they could increase the clinical recovery rate. |
