某区女中学生贫血状况的调查与预防

目的调查了解区内女中学生的贫血状况,制定有效的预防措施。方法统计2008～2010年区内5所中学的1180名女中学生体检的血常规检查资料,了解分析其贫血状况。结果 1180名女中学生中的贫血人数是145人,发病率为12.29%,其中轻度贫血占贫血人数的82.76%,中度贫血占贫血人数的16.55%,重度贫血占贫血人数的0.69%。在贫血原因中,缺铁导致的占89.66%,缺乏维生素B12和叶酸的占9.66%。结论区内女中学生的贫血状况较为严重,应对女中学生加强饮食观念的教育,改善女中学生贫血状况。

To investigate anaemic status among female middle school students in our district

Objective To investigate anaemic status among female middle school students in our district to work out an effective preventive measures.Methods We investigated 1 180 female students from five middle school in our district in 2008-2010 to analyze the anaemic status.Results The number of anemia was 145 and the morbidity rate was 12.29%.The number of mild anemia was 82.76%,that in moderate anemia was 16.55%,in serious anemia was 0.69%.In anaemic female students,lack of iron was accounted for 89.66%,lack of VitB 12 and folate was 9.66%.Conclusion Anaemic status of female middle school students was serious in our district.We should strengthen the education of the diet concepts to improve the condition of female middle school students.
