痛泻要方联合匹维溴铵治疗肠易激综合征的疗效观察

目的探讨痛泻要方联合匹维溴铵治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法对来笔者所在医院就诊的60例腹泻型IBS患者随机分为中西医结合治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。中西医结合治疗组给予痛泻要方联合匹维溴铵治疗,对照组仅给予匹维溴铵治疗。观察并比较两组患者治疗4周后的临床疗效。结果中西医结合治疗组治疗后肠道症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);中西医结合治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为73.3%,中西医结合治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论腹泻型IBS患者采用痛泻要方联合匹维溴铵的中西医结合疗法,疗效肯定,可有效缓解肠道症状,提高生活质量。

Effect observation of Tongxie Yaofang and Pinaverium Bromide tablets in treatment of irritable bowel syndrome

Objective To probe the effect of Tongxie Yaofang and Pinaverium Bromide tablets in treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.Methods 60 patients with diarrhea predominant IBS were randomly divided into integrated traditional Chinese with western medicine group and control group,every group was 30 patients.The integrated traditional Chinese with western medicine group was given Tongxie Yaofang and Pinaverium Bromide tablets,the control group was only given Pinaverium Bromide tablets.The effect of two groups were evaluated at the end of 4-weeks therapy.Results The intestinal symptoms grading of integrated traditional Chinese with western medicine group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05);The total effective rate of integrated traditional Chinese with western medicine group was 90.0%,the total effective rate of control group was 73.3%,there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion Tongxie Yaofang and Pinaverium Bromide tablets in treatment of diarrhea predominant IBS has positive effects and can relieve intestinal symptoms and improve the quality of living.
