多西紫杉醇联合奈达铂治疗晚期头颈部肿瘤30例临床分析

目的观察多西紫杉醇联合奈达铂治疗晚期头颈部肿瘤的疗效及毒副反应。方法对30例晚期头颈部肿瘤进行化疗,方案为多西紫杉醇75mg/m2,dL;奈达铂80mg/m2,dL。21d为1个周期,治疗两个周期后评价疗效及毒副反应。结果 30例均可评价疗效,共完成周期数为106个,完全缓解2例,部分缓解9例,稳定11例,进展8例,总有效率为36.6%,疾病控制率为73.3%,中位疾病进展时间6.5个月,中位生存期为10.8个月,主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应。结论多西紫杉醇联合奈达铂治疗晚期头颈部肿瘤,疗效较好,毒副反应可耐受,值得临床推广。

Clinical analysis of 30 patients with advanced head and neck neoplasms treated with docetaxel combined with nedaplatin

Objective To study the efficacy and toxicities of docetaxel combining with nedaplatin in the treatment of patients with advanced head and neck neoplasms.Methods 30 patients with advanced head and neck neoplasms were treated with docetaxel 75 mg/m 2 on day one,nedaplatin 80 mg/m 2 on day one.The chemotherapy was repeated every 3 weeks.The efficacy and toxicities were reviewed after two cycles of chemotherapy.Results 30 patients were evaluatedfor response.CR 2 cases,PR 9 cases,SD 11 cases,and PD 8 cases.The total efficiency was 36.6% and the disease control rate was 73.3%.The median progression time was 6.5 months,and the median survival time was 10.8 months.The main toxicities included myelousuppressionand gastrointestinal toxicities.Conclusion Docetaxel combining with nedaplatin is effective in the treatment of patients with advanced head and neck neoplasms,and the toxicities are tolerable.It is worthy of clinical generalization.
