全程优质护理在急性心肌梗塞患者中的应用效果

目的：探讨全程优质护理在急性心肌梗塞患者中的护理效果。方法：将80例患者分为改进组（优质护理,n=40）和常规组（传统护理模式,n=40）两组。结果：实施全程优质护理后,改进组患者的平均住院天数、平均住院费用明显下降（P〈0．05）,患者满意度和护理质量评分也明显提高（P〈0．05）。结论：通过两组比较,全程优质护理能增加患者满意度、缩短住院时间、降低住院费用、促进患者康复。

Full of quality care in acute myocardial infarction patients results

Objective:To investigate the effect of the whole quality care in patients with acute myocardial infarction Nursing Effect.Methods 80 patients were divided into improved group(quality care,n=40)and routine group(traditional care mode,n=40) in two groups.Results The implementation of the whole quality of nursing,in improvement group the mean length of hospital stay,the average cost of hospitalization was significantly decreased(P< 0.05),and patient satisfaction and quality of care score increased obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the comparison of the two groups,the whole quality of nursing care can increase the satisfaction of patients,shorten the hospitalization time,reduce hospital costs,promoting the rehabilitation of patients.
