急救流程再造在院前急救中的效果

目的探讨院前急救护理模式,优化院前急救流程,缩短有效急救时间,提高抢救成功率,提高患者及家属的满意度。方法对院前急救护理流程进行再造,采用全程无缝隙服务流程,合理调配医疗资源,改进了流程的＂瓶颈＂,使有限的急救资源开放、共享,实现统一的调度和管理。结果急救流程再造后,有利于急救工作标准化管理,患者抢救成功率提高,有效急救时间缩短,患者及家属的满意度较高。结论院前急救实施全程无缝隙服务流程,可提高工作效率及抢救成功率、提高患者及家属对护理工作的满意度,降低医疗护理风险,也为应对各种突发公共卫生事件积累了经验。
