小丛红景天中的酚性化合物

摘    要:目的:研究红景天属植物小丛红景天Rhodiola dumulosa根的甲醇提取物中酚性化合物。方法:利用现代波谱技术和化学方法进行结构鉴定。结果:分别为山柰酚(1),槲皮素(2),没食子酸(3),(+)-异落叶松树脂醇3α-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4),(-)-异落叶松树脂醇3α-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5),山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖-7α-O-L-鼠李糖苷(6),芦丁(7)。结论:化合物3,4,5,6,7为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Eight phenolic compounds (1-7) were isolated from the methanol extract of the root of Rhodiola dumulosa. Their structures were identified as kaemperol (1), Quercetin (2), Gallic acid (3), (+) -Isolariciresinol-3alpha-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (4), (-)-Isolariciresinol-3alpha-O-beta-D-glucopyra-noside (5), kaemperol-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside-7-alpha-O-L-rhamnoside (6), rutin (7) respectively on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic evidence. The compounds 3-7 were isolated from R. dumulosa for the first time.
