老年人尖锐食管异物56例临床分析

目的:为了更好的诊断和治疗老年人尖锐食管异物,预防并发症.方法:对56例老年人尖锐食管异物进行了回顾性分析和研究.结果:48例经食管镜取出,5例颈侧切开取出异物,3例胸部切开取出异物.结论:老年人尖锐食管异物手术治疗以全麻为宜,同时也要特别注意是否合并有食管疾病及心肺功能异常,各种并发症的预防和处理.

Clinical Analysis on the Old Patients with Sharp Foreign Bodies in Esophagus

Objectivs:To improve the diagnosis and treatment of the old patients with sharp foreign bodies in esophagus and avoid the complications.Methods:A retrospective study was carried out among 56 cases with sharp foreign bodies in esophagus.Results:Among the 54 cases,48 were cured by surgical procedures under esophagoscope,5 cases were cured by lateral neck exploration,and 3 cases were treated by chest surgical procedures.Conclusion:General anesthesia is suitable in treating the old patients with sharp foreign bodies in esophagus.Meanwhile,it is important to learn if there are other esophagus diseases and to learn the heart-lung function of the patients in order to control the complications.
