| 摘 要： | 本实验采用大鼠胃溃癌模型，观察了韭菜根液对利血平引起犬鼠胃溃癌的影响。结果表明：大鼠每日肌注利血平0．9mg／kg，连续7天，胃粘膜出现明显溃疡。韭菜根液灌胃，可显著减轻利血早造成的大鼠胃粘膜损伤。韭菜根液在抑制溃疡发生的同对。还明显地抑制利血平对胃酸分泌的刺激作用．韭菜根液的抑酸作用可能与其抗溃疡效应有关。

| Abstract: | Using model of gastric ulcer,the effect of chives roots juice on rats. The results showed that gastric ulcer appeared significantly by reserpine(0. 9mg/kg/day) seven days. The chives roots juice gavage remarkably decreased gastric mucosal lesions. At the same time,chives roots juice also inhibited gastric acid secretion by reserping. The action of chives roots juice may contribute to its protective effect against ulceration. |
