游泳训练对儿童尿液MDA的影响

摘    要:检测90名7~12yr受训时间不同的游泳运动员,训练前、后尿MDA含量的动态变化。结果显示:训练后即刻较训练前显著下降(p<0.01),休息5h较训练后即刻极显著升高(p<0.001),休息15h后渐回落,休息24h,受训越长者,越快恢复至训练前水平。说明游泳训练可明显降低儿童脂质过氧化反应的程度,达到强身健体的目的。

Abstract:Urinary concentration of malondialdehyele (MDA) of 90 7 - 12yr swimming with different time of training was measured by means of the colorimetric method with thibarbituric acid reagent before and after the training.The results showed that there was significantly lower concentration of MDA in the swimming groups immediately after the training than pretraining (p<0.01). MDA was greatly increased 5 hours after training than immediately after the training (P< 0.001). MDA was decreased 15 hours after training and recovered the level of pre - training in 24 hours after training, the longer they train, the puieker they recover. The results indecate that swimming training could greatly decreased the level of the chemistry of lipid peroxidation metabolites in children, it is a useful in high feather.
