摘    要:目的 探讨彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)在下肢血管旁路术前后的应用价值。方法 对9例患者术前予CDFI和/或数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查,术后进行了超声随访。结果 9例髌股动脉、股动脉闭塞,CDFI诊断正确,闭塞远心端定位准确,而2例髂股动脉闭塞近心端显示不清。7例血管移植物血流通畅,2例PTFE移植物急性血栓形成。1例小腿肌层血肿。结论 CDFI是下肢血管旁路术术前评价和术后随访有价值的方法。

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in the examination of vascular bypass grafts in lower limbs. Methods 9 patients with chronic occlusive arterial disease were examined by CDFI and DSA before operation. All patients were followed by CDFI after operation. Results CDFI achieved diagnostic agreement in 9 patiens with iliac femoral arterial occlusion and femoral arterial occlusion. The distal end of occlusive segment was located rightly in all patients, but proximal end of occlusive segment wasn't determined properly in 2 patients. Vascular grafts in 7 patients had normal blood flow . 2 patients had acute thrombosis in grafts. 1 patient had muscular hematoma in calf. Conclusion CDFI is a valuable method for preoperative assessment and postoperative follow up of vascular bypass grafts in lower limbs.
