| 摘 要： | 外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病以及复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病是妇科常见病、多发病,但对其宿主防御机制了解甚少.体液免疫在外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病中的作用,虽然长期反复评价却始终存在争议的观点.但在动物试验和临床研究中,发现了某些特异抗体的保护作用,极有可能提供一种新的治疗方案-免疫介入治疗,以弥补常规药物治疗的不足.

| Abstract: | Vulvovaginal candidiasis and recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis are common and frequent gynecopathies. However, the host defense mechanisms against infection are poorly understood, The role of humoral immunity in vulvovaginal candidiasis has been reevaluated for a long time, and is still a controversial issue. But, in recent years, some animal experimental and clinical studies have suggested the protection of some antibodies. It is possible to provide us a new approach of treatment immunotherapy, which can rededy deficit of conventional pharmacotherapy. |
