| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨2型糖尿病患者、糖尿病合并脑梗死患者中血清尿酸水平的变化.方法：选取2型糖尿病患者69例,2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者47例,健康对照者35例作为研究对象.测定受试者血清尿酸水平、血脂等,比较尿酸水平的改变.结果：2型糖尿病患者血清尿酸明显高于正常对照组（P＜0.001）,糖尿病合并脑梗死患者血清尿酸又明显高于糖尿病无脑梗死者（P＜0.05）.结论：2型糖尿病患者血清尿酸明显升高,2型糖尿病合并脑梗死者血清尿酸水平更高,高尿酸血症是2型糖尿病患者脑梗死的危险因素之一.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the changes of serum uric acid in patients of type 2 diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction.Methods:The patients were divided into three groups:69 cases of type 2 diabetes were served as diabetes group,47 cases of type 2 diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction served as complication group and 35 normal health adults as control group.The levels of serum uric acid and lipids were measured.Results:The levels of serum uric acid were obviously higher in diabetes group as compared with that of normal control group(P<0.001).The levels of serum uric acid showed the highest volume in the complication group among the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:serum uric acid increases significantly in patients of type 2 diabetes,especially in those complicated with cerebral infarction.Hyperuricemia might be one of the risk factors of cerebral infarction in patients of type 2 diabetes. |
