Abstract:A 79-year-old male with an ileal neobladder was hospitalized with the chief complaints of fever, dark colored urine and systemic muscle pain. The clinical diagnosis was rhabdomyolysis complicated with hypokalemia, which was caused by chronic diarrhea due to a fistula between ileal neobladder and intestine. The patient was treated successfully with efficient drip infusion.
