消症舒痛汤治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效观察

目的：观察消症舒痛汤治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法：100例子宫内膜异位症患者，随机分为2组。治疗组50例，以消症舒痛汤治疗，每日1剂，水煎服；对照组口服桂枝苓胶囊，每次3粒，每日3次。2组均3个月为1个疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率为70．0％，对照组28．6％，2组比较有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论：消症舒痛汤治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效确切。

Therapeutic effect of Xiaozhengshutong decoction on 50 cases of endometriosis

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiaozhengshutong decoction on 50 cases of endometriosis. Methods 100 patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into two groups. 50 patients in treatment group were treated with Xiaozhengshutong decoction ,one dose daily ,decocted in water for oral dose;50 patients in control group were treated with Guizhifuling capsule, three pills once ,three times a day ,with a treatment course of three months for both groups. Results The total effective rate was 70.0 % in treatment group and 28.6 % in control group, there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaozhengshutong pill is effective in treating endometriosis.
