| 摘 要： | 目的探讨汶川地震后送伤员四肢和脊柱骨折的病情特点及救治对策。方法回顾性研究我科2008年5月17日～2008年6月25日收治的汶川地震伤员69例，其中肋骨骨折9例，锁骨骨折5例，四肢骨折58例，骨盆骨折7例，颈椎骨折i例，胸椎骨折1例，腰椎骨折11例，截肢术后5例，采用分类检伤，损害控制，分次手术等方法积极救治。结果全部病例均得到及时准确的救治，无死亡、无院内感染、无内固定松动及断裂等并发症发生。结论地震后送伤员，病情复杂，伤口污染程度高，应分类检伤，采用损害控制，后期专科手术的救治。
