摘    要:目的:探讨酚妥拉明与低分子肝素联用治疗肺源性心脏病(肺心病)的临床疗效及安全性。方法:全部患者采用基础治疗措施如氧疗、改善通气、强心、利尿、控制感染等。治疗组46例联用酚妥拉明与低分子肝素;对照组49例采用硝酸甘油治疗,经7-10d后比较两者疗效。结果:治疗组显效率为59%,总有效率为92%;对照组则为显效率39%,总有效率74%,两者有统计学显著性差异。结论:治疗组在改善肺心病的血液微循环障碍,降低肺动脉高压,改善心肺功能方面优于对照组。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety of combination of phentolamine and low molecular heparine in treating pulmonary heart disease.Methods:All cases were carried out the base therapy,such as giving oxygen,improving heart function,controlling infection and so on.The treatment group,consisted of 46 cases was treated by the combination of phentolamine and low molecular heparine.The control group,consisted of 49 cases was treated by nitroglycerin.The treatment course was seven to 10 days,and the results were compared between the two groups.Results:The obvious effect rates were 59% and 39%,the total effect rates were 92% and 74% in treatment and control groups,respectively.The significant difference was found between the two groups.Conclusion:The combination of phentolamin and low molecular heparine may improve blood circulation,lower the hypertension of pulmonary arteries and is benefit to heart function.
