| 摘 要： | 采用低能量氦－氖激光血管内照射疗法（Ｉｎｔｒａｖａｓｃｕｌａｒｌａｓｅｒｉｒｒａｄｉａｔｉｏｎｏｎｂｌｏｏｄ，ＩＬＩＢ）和脉络宁静脉点滴治疗急性脑梗塞患者６８例，有效率９７％，与对照组差异有非常显著性（Ｐ＜０．００５），治疗组患者临床症状和体征治疗后明显改善，神经功能缺损评分平均减少及１９分，与对照组差异有非常显著性（Ｐ＜０．００１），对感觉障碍疗效尤为明显。血浆中分子物质（ＭＭＳ）、胆固醇（ＴＣ）、甘油三酯（ＴＧ）、血沉（ＥＳＲ）治疗后明显降低，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ－Ｃ）明显增加，表明该疗法有清除ＭＭＳ，调整脂质代谢的作用。

| Abstract: | in this paper, 98 cases with acute cerebral infarction were studied. Of them, 68 cases were treated with ILIB combined with "Mailuoning" IVT. 30 cases as a control group were only treated with conventional drugs. In the treatment group, the effective rate was 97% and the patients' symptoms and signs were obviously improved,particularly,the improvement of sensory disturbance after the treatment.The score of nerve damage was averagely decreased 19. 0. Compared with the control group,there was a significant difference (P<0. 01). In addition, the plasma molecular substance,cholesterol, triglyceride and ESR decreased and the HDL-C increased remarkedly at post-treatment. The result suggests that the treatment can clean the molecular substance and regulate the lipid metabolism. |
