脑梗塞急性期内皮素与降钙素基因相关肽的研究

摘    要:目的:对32例急性脑梗塞(CI)患者血浆中内皮素(ET)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)进行研究。并探讨ET、CGRP血浆中水平与脑梗塞面积、部位间的关系。方法 :采用放免分析法(RIA)检测。结果 :CI组血浆中ET显著高于对照组 ,而CGRP又略低于对照组 ,大面积梗塞ET和CGRP高于梗塞面积小于5cm×5cm组。内囊、基底节损伤较皮层梗塞和对照组高 ,而CGRP的改变无显著差异。结论 :血浆中ET和CGRP改变是早期诊断和治疗CI的较敏感的客观指标。对ET、CGRP异常者及时调整 ,将能有效降低因ET、CGRP失衡所致脑梗塞的发病率

Abstract:Objective:We studied the plasma endothelin (ET)and CGRP of 32 cases of acute cerebral infarction(CI)with RIA,and probed into the relation of the plasma ET or CGRP with the area or position of cerebral infarction.Methods:Put to use RIA method.Results:The content of plasma ET of CI group is higher than that of control group,(P< 0.01),but CGRP lower(P< 0.05);the content of plasma ET of patients with large area(5-12 cm2)infarction is higher than that of patients with small area (less than 5 cm2)infarction(P< 0.001),but CGRP lower(P< 0.01),the content of plasma ET of patients with interal capsule or basal ganglion infarction is higher than that of control group or patients with cerebral cortex infarction (P< 0.01),but the changes of CGRP have not significant difference(P >0.05).Conclusion :This implicates that the change of plasma ET or CGRP is a sensitive parameter to diagnose and treat CI at early stage ,and that adjusting the abnormality of ET and CGRP without delay,will be effective to decrease the incidence rate of cerebral infarction due to the inbalance of ET and CGRP.
