盐酸氨溴索口服溶液改善COPD患者咳痰困难的疗效

目的 观察盐酸氨溴索口服溶液对慢性阻塞性肺部疾病(COPD)患者咳痰困难的临床疗效。方法96例COPD伴有咳痰困难患者随机分成2组，治疗组给予盐酸氨溴索口服溶液，对照组给予必嗽平，两组同时给予常规抗生素，观察给药前后患者咳嗽、咳痰的轻重程度，比较患者住院病程的长短，并记录不良反应。结果盐酸氨溴索组总有效率100％，平均住院时间为8．9天，对照组有效率不足84％，平均住院时间12．8天，两组之间疗效有显著性差异，盐酸氨溴索组副反应轻微且发生率低。结论盐酸氨溴索口服溶液在改善COPD患者咳嗽、咳痰方面明显优于对照组，可提高抗生素疗效，缩短患者住院时间，有疗效佳、起效快、副作用小等优点。

An observation on expectorant effect of ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution in patients with COPD

Objective To observe the expectorant effect of ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution in patients with COPD. Methods There were 96 patients with COPD being hard to expectorate sputum,they were divided randomly into two groups: the patients in treaded group were given ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution, control group given bromhex-ine. The expectorant and side effect were compared with each other before and after treatment in the two groups. Results The effective rate was 100% ,in the treated group with an average hospitalization days of 8. 9 days, moreover they were < 84% and 12.8 days in the control. The side effects of ambroxol hydrochloride were mild and uncommon. Conclusion It should have a good expectorant effect that ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution was used to treat the patients with COPD being hard to expectorate sputum.
