卡泊三醇软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗银屑病疗效观察

目的观察卡泊三醇软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗银屑病的疗效。方法 70例患者采用自身对照法将其分为两组,采用卡泊三醇软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗的一侧为治疗组,仅采用窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗的一侧为对照组。结果在3个疗程结束后,治疗组有效率为81.43%,对照组为57.14%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡泊三醇软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗银屑病疗效好。

Observation of the Curative Effect of Calcipotriol Ointment Combine with Narrow-band Ultraviolet B on Psoriasis

Objective To study the curative effect of calcipotriol ointment combine with narrow-band ultraviolet B on psoriasis.Methods Seventy patients who compared with themselves were recorded as two groups.Lesions of all 70 patients treated with calcipotriol ointment plus narrow-band ultraviolet B phototherapy were recorded as the treatment group while lesions only treated with narrow-band ultraviolet B phototherapy as control.Results After 3 courses of the treatment,the efficacy rate was 81.43% in the treatment group,and was 57.14% in the control group.The comparison between the two groups was significance (P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective to treat psoriasis using calcipotriol ointment combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B phototherapy
