中草药绒花红色素提取及稳定性研究

摘    要:目的 研究中草药绒花红色素的提取方法及其稳定性,为开发利用天色色素提供实验依据。方法 室温下,用酸性乙醇液浸泡新鲜绒花,过滤得色素提取液,然后对该色素的耐酸碱性、耐热性、耐光性、耐氧化还原性等理化性质进行测定和分析。结果 该色素为水溶性食用色素,其耐光性较好,酸性介质,氧化剂,还原剂、常用食品添加剂对色素的色泽无不良影响。结论 该色素是一种可广泛应用于食品、饮料、医药等行业,且具有药用价值的天然植物色素。

Abstract:Objective To study the extraction method and the stability of red pigment in chinese herbal medicine Silktree Albizzia flower and provide basis for developing and utilizing natural pigments. Method Under the room temperature,extract the filtered pigment solution from the acidic alcohol immersed with fresh Silktree Albizzia flower.Then,determine and analyze the physico-chemical resistance to acid,alkali,heat,light and oxidation-reduction and so on.Result The pigment can be solved in water and has a good resistance to light was better.Under acidic condition, oxidizing agent, reducing agent and common food additives,it has no adverse affection to the color and lustre of the pigment. Conclusion This pigment is a kind of natural plant pigment with medicinal value,and can be used extensively in food,beverage and medicine etc.
