| 摘 要： | 利用β 环糊精和十二烷基硫酸钠在水溶液中形成包合物的性质，实现了直接、快速、简捷地检测微量元素硒，并且与《中华人民共和国药典》（１９９５年版）中的硒检查法相比，具有无需萃取、操作简单、省时省力、协同增敏等优点

| Abstract: | A proper mixture of β-cyclodextrin and sodium dodecylsulfate in an aqueous solution was found to form an inclusion compound.With this characteristic,the limited amount detection of selenium could be carried out directly in the aqueous solution without extraction of cyclohexan (CHP 1995,USP No.23,JPNo.12).The new method is easy to operate and saves much trouble. |
