用核磁共振技术研究日本续断皂苷E_2的结构

从日本续断ＤｉｐｓａｃｕｓｊａｐｏｎｉｃｕｓＭｉｑ．根的乙醇提取物中得到一个新三萜皂苷（５糖苷），命名为日本续断皂苷Ｅ２（ｊａｐｏｎｄｉｐｓａｐｏｎｉｎＥ２）．用化学方法及１ＨＮＭＲ，１３ＣＮＭＲ，１Ｈ－１ＨＣＯＳＹ，一维多重接力ＣＯＳＹ和三重共振ＮＯＥ差谱等方法，鉴定其结构为３－Ｏ－〔β－Ｄ－吡喃葡萄糖（１→４）〕〔α－Ｌ－吡喃鼠李糖（１→３）〕－β－Ｄ－吡喃葡萄糖（１→３）－α－Ｌ－吡喃鼠李鼠（１→２）－α－Ｌ－吡喃阿拉伯糖－齐墩果酸

Application of New Techniques of NMR in the Structure Elucidation of Japondipsaponin E 2 Isolated from Dipsacus Japonicus Miq.

A new triterpenoid saponin,named japondipsaponin E 2(5 sugars)was isolated from the ethanolic extract of the roots of Dipsacus japonicus Miq.The structure was elucidated by chemical and spectral methods.e.g.1HNMR,13CNMR,1H 1H COSY,ID multiple relay COSY and NOEDS.It was 3 O 〔β D glucopyranosyl(1→4)〕〔α L rhamnopyranosyl(1→3)〕 β D glucopyranosyl(1→3) α L rhamnopyranosyl(1→2) α L arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid.
